Shipping, Returns & Delivery Policy
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item is unavailable, we will fulfill available items and contact you regarding restocking or refund options.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and are final.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Defective Product
SME Leap accepts returns for defective or damaged packaging if a return request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent (no refunds).
We will notify you via email once the exchange is processed.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Delivery
Domestic shipments typically take 10–15 days in transit.
4.2 International Delivery
International orders generally take 20–40 days in transit depending on the courier and destination.
4.3 Dispatch Timing
Orders placed before 10 PM IST (UTC+5:30) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday, excluding national holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
You may change your delivery address before dispatch by contacting customer support.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
Shipments to military addresses are handled via postal services (USPS). Courier service is not available.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be held until restocked. Other items in the order will be reserved.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance and investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the shipment.
6. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery and contact our support team immediately.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, notify us with photos for next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
All product prices displayed on our website include applicable sales taxes.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Inter-state or international shipments may incur import duties or taxes upon arrival. These must be paid by the customer.
If refused, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, and only the product cost (minus return shipping) will be refunded.
8. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the declared value by the courier.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be issued after courier investigation.
9.2 Lost Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
