Refund & Return Policy

At SME Leap, we are committed to providing each customer with exceptional service and seamless experience.


We value your trust and want you to feel comfortable while doing business with us. However, due to the nature of our products and services, certain conditions apply to refunds and returns as outlined below.


1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through SME Leap are final.


Once a product or service has been purchased, no refund, return, transfer, or cancellation will be permitted under any circumstance.

We do not provide any type of refund or return for products that have already been sold or bought.

This applies to all products, including:

Vehicle QR Codes

Video Door Bell QR Systems

Digital or Physical Safety Solutions

Once a QR Code has been purchased, it cannot be transferred or cancelled, regardless of the reason.


2. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Goods

We understand that issues can rarely occur during shipping or activation.
The only situation where a replacement/exchange is possible is if the QR Code is broken, invalid, or received in damaged packaging.

In such cases, we will issue a new QR Code with a unique tag ID, which can be used in the same way as the original.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

In order for your goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

βœ… The goods were invalid or broken
βœ… The goods were received in visibly damaged packaging

The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items made to your specifications or personalized orders

Items that are perishable or have expired

Items that were already used and functioning properly

Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.


4. Return Process

If you meet the return criteria, please inform us of your decision by email before dispatching the product.

Once approved, you must send the goods to:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in return shipment.
No replacement will be issued without proof of return delivery or physical receipt of the goods.


5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us before dispatch by emailing [email protected]


Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


6. Refund Timeline (If Agreed by Both Parties)

In exceptional cases, if a refund is mutually agreed upon, it will be processed within 10 business days.
The refund amount will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account.
